Refund policy

At Anthomania & Co., your experience is at the heart of everything we do. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for returns and exchanges, issued as store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with all tags intact, and presented in its original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase, as this will be required to process your request.

To initiate a return, kindly contact our Customer Care team at customercare@anthomaniaco.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share detailed return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Please note that items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
We take great care in preparing and packaging each arrangement. Should your order arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can review the matter and make it right with priority.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For the safety and care of our customers, certain categories remain non-returnable, including perishable goods such as food and live plants, custom or made-to-order pieces, and personal care items. We are also unable to accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, our team will gladly advise.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
If you wish to explore a different style, size, or color, we are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Once your original item is received and approved, store credit will be issued for you to select a new piece at your convenience.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
All approved returns are issued as store credit, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Once we receive and inspect your item, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received confirmation of your store credit, please contact us at customercare@anthomaniaco.com.
